Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton (born October 26, 1947) is the 67th United States Secretary of State, serving in the administration of President Barack Obama. She was a United States Senator for New York from 2001 to 2009. As the wife of the 42nd President of the United States, Bill Clinton, she was the First Lady of the United States from 1993 to 2001. In the 2008 election, Clinton was a leading candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination.

A native of Illinois, Hillary Rodham first attracted national attention in 1969 for her remarks as the first student commencement speaker at Wellesley College. She embarked on a career in law after graduating from Yale Law School in 1973. Following a stint as a Congressional legal counsel, she moved to Arkansas in 1974 and married Bill Clinton in 1975. Rodham cofounded the Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families in 1977 and became the first female chair of the Legal Services Corporation in 1978. Named the first female partner at Rose Law Firm in 1979, she was twice listed as one of the 100 most influential lawyers in America. First Lady of Arkansas from 1979 to 1981 and 1983 to 1992 with husband Bill as Governor, she successfully led a task force to reform Arkansas's education system. She sat on the board of directors of Wal-Mart and several other corporations.

Julianne Hough (born July 20, 1988) is an American professional ballroom dancer, country music singer and actress. She is most widely known for being a two-time winner of ABC's Dancing with the Stars. She earned a Creative Arts Primetime Emmy nomination in 2007 for choreography. ABC's 20/20 called her one of the "very best dancers on the planet." Hough's brother, Derek, is also on Dancing with the Stars and is a three-time winner himself. Hough was signed to Mercury Nashville Records in December 2007. Her self-titled debut album was released May 20, 2008, debuting at #1 on the Billboard Country Album chart and #3 on the Billboard 200. It sold 67,000 copies its first week, and has sold over 320,000 total copies. On October 12, 2008, she released a holiday album, Sounds of the Season: The Julianne Hough Holiday Collection, which as of January 5, 2009, had sold 157,000 copies. More Pictures

The Question of the week is:
If you could physically put yourself into a book or series…which one would it be and why?


Answer: I want to choose a few stories for this weeks answer. First, I'd love to be part of the world created in 'The Dark is Rising Series'. Their adventures are beyond cool. Also, sign me up for 'The Neverending Story' tour. How neat would it be to be in Bastians position and be able to have adventures in Fantasia, meet Falcor and Atrayu, and all in all have a fun place to always go if you need to? And last, Harry Potter. Who doesn't wish they were a wizard now and then? I don't know how many times I've tried 'lumos' to no avail. I've always wanted to go to a boarding school (for real!) and Hogwarts seems like a great choice!!!

Inspired by the inane twitter trend of #100FACTSABOUTME, GIVE US FIVE BOOK RELATED SILLY FACTS ABOUT YOU.


Answer:
1- While I'm a twenty-something, I have yet to find a good 'adult' book (aka any book out of the basic 'fiction' section of a library or bookstore). YA and Juvi are still my favorite age ranges. Every book I've read from the adult fiction arena has been one that could easily crossover to a younger audience ('Ender's Game', 'The Host', to name a few!)
2- I don't like smelly books or books that have circulated in libraries for too long. Books that look old or used just turn me off!
3- Believe it or not, I tried my hand at fan fiction years ago. I wrote fan fiction for the 'Dark is Rising' series and 'Pendragon'. All very short stories. I think they're still floating around the web on my LJ somewhere...
4- I tend to like books with Arthurian legend to them.
5- I totally judge books by their covers...  A bad habit, but it's hard to read a book that has an ugly cover...

Cosplaystakin oli juttuu~ *3* Oli ihanaa huomata tuttui tyyppei. ;)

Lolitoille ja ganguroille (tai siis ogal, miten tos lukee) oli A Day in the Life -juttu, ja taas noita reilui tyyppei sivun oikees alareunas.. :´´´´D

Oli toki myös paaaljon enemmän asiaa (mm. decoroista ja kigurumineista), mut tsekatkaa oman paikkakuntanne kirjastot jos löytyis & kiinnostais!

 Jaaaa mitäs täs. Koska lupasin jonkin aikaa keskittyä enimmäkseen mun tyyliin, joten ei periaatteessa edistystä missään. Kamppailen vahvasti gyarujen ja poikamaisimpien tyylien välillä, ja oon kauheen turhautunu koska en yksinkertaisesti osaa päättää. Joka toine päivä haluisin pukeutuu ties mihi prinsessa unelmiin ja joskus taas sellane 'ahaaaa jos laitan tän ja tän nii näytän tosi coolilt!1 :000'

Mutta.. !!! On täs yks valoisakin puoli kun ottaa huomioon miten löydän koko ajan kivoja vaatteita vaikken niitä tarttis nimimerk. oma vaattekauppi täynnä, mut saanen esitellä ne ihanuudet mihin tuhlasin viis kymppii girujen keikka jonos;

Cocolulun farkut tee-ää-yy-delliset meinaan! (* ▽ * ) En vissii oo yhtää onnessani noista tai mitn? ♥ Pitää vaa löytää paljon enemmä vaatteit minkä kans noi farkut sopii, ja kesäl ku noit lahkeitaki saa käärii nii aijjaiajaijj. ;Q;

Olisin kans värjäämäs jo uutta tukkaa innolla, mut juurikasvu ei näytä vielä silt ja tykkään näistä nykysistäki kuitenkin. ;_; Kokeilin pitkästä aikaa laittaa ne mun muutamat pidennykset, ja ooo miten hyvin ne sopiki!
