David Barton (author) Information
David Barton (born 1954) is an American self-taught historian, evangelical Christian minister, and conservative activist. He is the founder of the group WallBuilders, a Texas-based organization that describes itself as "dedicated to presenting America's forgotten history and heroes, with an emphasis on the moral, religious, and constitutional foundation on which America was built." Barton is the former co-chair of the Texas Republican Party.
