Everybody wants to change the world

Hellouu.
Tuijottelen täällä hymy pyllyssä näitä seuraavia kuvia musta ja Allusta. Pien selitys ois varmaan ihan tarpeellinen..
Lopputulos:
73
XDD ♥ Hykerreltiin sovituskopeilla innoissamme, onni ettei siellä ollu paljoo porukkaa. :D
74
:D Ei ihan mun mieleen.
76
75
Allun asusta voisin ottaa omaan vaatekaappiin noi tyllihameet, lasit ja kamerakorun.
70
..vaikka toi pipo olikin ihan paras. XD
71
Ensimmäinen asia mikä tuli mieleen Allun nähtyäni: "Tommonen ihana japsitytteli!" 8--D
68

Lisäks oon viihyttäny itteeni kattelemalla Ian Somerhalderia The Vampire Diariesia, Gleen tokaa kautta ja Serranoja. Eli sarjoja taas kerrakseen.

Oon jo tehny kaikkeni vältelläkseni ruotsin lukemista, iiip huomenna koe, joten ah sitäkin siis luvassa.

Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac Movie?

You know the book 'Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac' by Gabrielle Zevin? Well, I just stumbled upon the movie trailer for the Japanese movie adaption that was released in March 2010!

I thought I'd share it with you guys who may have read the book and didn't know about this little bit of information. I'm actually pretty interested in seeing this, though I'll have to re-read the book a bit to remember the small details.

What do you think?

[edit] Early life

Pressly was born in Kinston, North Carolina, the daughter of James Liston Pressly[2] and Brenda Sue (née Smith), a dance instructor. She has two siblings: sister Jessica and brother James Liston Jr. Pressly spent 11 years studying gymnastics and dancing.

By age 14, she was the spokeswoman for her modeling agency "International Cover Model Search" and had begun to gain recognition for her modeling in the USA, as well as in Italy and Japan.[citation needed]

Pressly attended Costa Mesa High School in California, where her mother had moved while her parents were going through the process of a divorce. Pressly subsequently sought and succeeded in having herself legally emancipated from her parents at the age of 15 so she could attend a modeling job in Japan; neither one of her parents could attend with her, so she had to be emancipated to go on her own.[3]
Career

Pressly starred as "Violet" in the 1997 film Poison Ivy: The New Seduction. In 1998 she starred as "Nikki" on the short-lived TV series "Push", and also played a recurring role as the undead assassin Mika in the TV action series Mortal Kombat: Conquest. From 1999 to 2001, Pressly starred as "Audrey" on the drama series Jack and Jill.

Pressly starred in the independent film Poor White Trash, playing scheming gold-digger Sandy Lake. She subsequently appeared in a number of films, including Not Another Teen Movie (playing Priscilla, a high school cheerleader) and Torque, as a crazed, motorcycle-riding criminal.

In 2001, she was made the new spokesmodel for Liz Claiborne Cosmetics and its fragrance Lucky You. In 2002, she was ranked #8 in Stuff magazine's "102 Sexiest Women in the World". In 2003, she launched a lingerie line, J'Aime, which later became a full sleepwear and ready-to-wear line. In 2006, Maxim magazine named her #34 on its annual[4] list; she is also featured in its[5] gallery. Pressly posed nude for the March 1998 and February 2004 issues of Playboy. She also appeared nude in the May 2006 issue of Allure.[6]

Pressly guest starred in episodes of several TV shows. In an episode of the WB series Charmed, played Mylie, a mermaid trying to find love; (Alyssa Milano, who played Phoebe, later guest starred on My Name is Earl.[7]) Other series in which Pressly guest starred were The Twilight Zone, Fastlane, Becker. Night Man and Silk Stalkings. She also appeared in an episode of the prank series Punk'd.

In 2005, Pressly was cast in the NBC sitcom My Name Is Earl, as Joy Turner. In 2007 she won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on the show. She has also been nominated for several other awards.[8]

Pressly sang "Fever" in an appearance with the band The Pussycat Dolls.[9] She has also appeared in a number of music videos, including "Girls of Summer" by Aerosmith and the Marilyn Manson cover of "Tainted Love". On May 31, 2006, she hosted the first annual VH1 Rock Honors.

Pressly was a producer as well as a star in the 2005 movie Death to the Supermodels. She hosted the October 7, 2006 episode of Saturday Night Live. Prior to this, she guest starred on an episode of MADtv from season eleven, where she played Hillary Clinton in a parody of My Name Is Earl, "My Name Is Dubya", in which George W. Bush (Frank Caliendo) makes a list of all the bad things he's done in the past and rectifies them one by one. She is featured in the 2008 video game Saints Row 2 in which she plays lead role Jessica, a lieutenant for the fictitious Brotherhood gang.

On December 3, 2009, it was announced that Jaime will guest-star on an upcoming episode of the CBS comedy, Rules of Engagement. She will play a possible surrogate mother for Jeff and Audrey (Patrick Warburton and Megyn Price).[10] She will reprise her role in the the 5th season premiere.

She is in the new music video for "Pray For You" by Jaron And The Long Road To Love.

In 2010 she became the spokesperson for the "AXE Detailer Will Clean Your Dirty Balls" ad campaign for AXE Shower Gel. The ad employs double entendres, talking to men, but showing different types of sports equipment/balls.Jaime Pressly

Book Blogger Hop Question

Book Blogger Hop

How do you spread the word about your blog?
(e.g. Social Networking sites, Book Blog Directories, comments on other blogs...)

When I first started BBOB, I had no idea how to advertise it and get it out there.  First things first, I hit the search engines and made sure my link was in their system.  I also started editing my reviews on Goodreads to only hold a blurb and then link to this blog.  It brought a lot of traffic in and usually helps those who only go on Goodreads find the blog!  This past few months, I have been joining hops like this, been tweeting about various posts, and have joined Ning's made especially for book bloggers.

The Final Two installments of 'Banned Book Week! Read, Review, and Recommend your favorite banned book!'

As you know, it's Banned Book Week!  This is the week we celebrate the books that are wrongly banned from books, libraries, and schools!

Guess who missed their update yesterday?  I did!  Here are the final two banned book's I've chosen to highlight this week!!!

The Harry Potter series by JK Rowling is the most challenged book series of the decade.  And it gets that honor because it teaches children about the occult!  *insert laugh track here*  Seriously, I've tried turning a light on by saying 'lumos' and it doesn't work.  Repairing glasses by shouting 'occulus repairo' doesn't work either, folks.  If the challengers had even looked into what Wicca actually entails, they'd realize that practicing the 'harry potter' method of magic will really get you no where.

This, 'Wrinkle in Time' by Madeleine L'Engle, is the final book I'm showcasing this week.  Here's the reason why.  I have no idea, no inkling whatsoever, what a parent would find wrong with this title.  I haven't read it recently but remember this being a good fantasy/adventure tale about friendship and family.  Okay, I remember Gregory Smith, too, but that's another story all together.  I really don't recall anything that anyone could blow out of proportion (like the magic in Harry Potter or the religious themes in Chronicles of Narnia).  Do you know why it's one of the most challenged books of this past decade?  I don't, but honestly even if I did, it wouldn't make me recommend this title less to anyone looking for a good, classic read.

And this ends my Banned Book Week festivities. I hope you've enjoyed these past few posts and I really hope that you will continue to read, review, recommend and celebrate these titles year round.  :-)

S.O.S Book of the Week

The S.O.S Book of the Week is where I'll let you in on what new releases I'm looking forward to! S.O.S comes from the term 'Strict on Sale'. It's bookseller speak for a title that you can't sell before a specific date-- think Harry Potter. While the books I have here may not be S.O.S titles specifically, they are all new!

The S.O.S. Book of the Week is:

Quick bit of info here-- I collect dolls, mainly Skipper.  After too many years of inflated (outrageous, completely ridiculous) prices on the only Skipper doll price guide around, we finally have a second edition!  Released September 29th and now out of stock on Amazon.com (!!!), the 2nd edition of ‘Skipper- Barbie Doll’s Little Sister’ is here!  Put together by Trina Cottingham, Scott Arend, and Karla Hemingway, this book is roughly 250 pages long and looks to have a ton of information!
Here’s a quick blurb from Amazon about ‘Skipper- Barbie Doll’s Little Sister’.
“This long-awaited second edition of Skipper – Barbie Doll’s Little Sister features 16 additional pages of never-before-seen items including rare dolls, prototypes, and gift sets, and a new, updated price guide. Included are U.S. and foreign market Skipper dolls and friends, their clothing, licensed products, and gift sets manufactured from 1964 through 1978, the last year the first face mold was used. An entire chapter features all domestic and foreign issues of Skipper doll’s tiny twin brother and sister, Tutti and Todd, spanning their production years from 1967 through 1980.”
I really wish they would have gone into the 80′s/90′s Skipper lines, but for some reason, they were ignored.

Check back for a more detailed review of the book when I finally get my hands on it!!!  Have you read it?  What did you think?
